4 color screenprint on Mohawk 100lb cover, 24"x18", 2016
John Broadley is a London-based illustrator who, since the mid 1990s, has been producing hand-made and small press collections of drawings and comic strips. Since 2012 he has been the resident artist at Soho's Quo Vadis restaurant, while his work has illustrated various books and appeared in magazines such as the New York Times and the Observer UK.
The print for Kayrock was inspired by barber shop hairstyle sample posters, with the images steadily progressing to become more surreal and disjointed until a final death image.
