As a painter, I am interested in the materiality of color. My current work presents light and atmosphere with a touch and physicality that becomes part of the image. My piece for the Fresh Prints series, Rockrose, is an extension of that practice; an opportunity to test the same concerns in the flat, mechanized language of silk screening.
