"Bikers Bookshelf" depicts a collection of texts belonging to an imaginary biker, someone named Tiny or Spider. The inspiration for this piece comes from experiences growing up in Northern California.

Mike Paré (b.1969) is an artist living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He makes drawings and is the founder of Zouz Natural Incense company. He has an MFA from the University of New Mexico and a BFA from the California College of Arts and Crafts. He has exhibited his work in the United States and internationally at venues including Schirn Kunsthalle in Frankfurt, Kiasma Museum in Helsinki, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco, and White Columns in New York.
